1.4.1 Released: Required for Protocol 17

Hello Polaris Devs,

Polaris v1.4.1 has been released.

There are no changes other than updating the Stellar SDK to a version compatible with the upcoming Protocol 17.

Testnet will upgrade on May 4th, and mainnet will upgrade on June 1st. You should update your Polaris deployments prior to these dates to ensure your service runs smoothly after the protocol upgrade.
