Testnet Reset Command

Hello Polaris Devs,

In light of the SDF test network reset, I want to remind everyone that Polaris has a command to get you back up and running:

> python manage.py testnet reset

This command will attempt to reissue every asset in your database, create and fund the distribution accounts, and update the database.

You will still need to re-set the home_domain field on your issuing accounts, and if your distribution accounts need multi-signature, you'll have to add those signers manually. Polaris 1.3 will support adding setting the home_domain on issuing accounts.
