Polaris v1.1.3 has been released, and includes a fix for processing received withdrawal transactions.

Specifically, if the client application used different accounts for the transaction and payment operation's source account, Polaris would not have matched it prior to this release.

If the clients that interact with your service use matching source accounts, there is no need to upgrade.
