CAPs 84 and 86 --> Awaiting Approval from CAP Core Team

Hi CAP Core Team,

After reviews, revisions, iterations and public discussion, the following CAPs describing changes to stellar-core and the Stellar Protocol moved into the "Final Comment Period" phase. This means they are ready for final deliberation by the CAP Core Team.

• CAP-0084: Muxed Contract Address (extension of CAP-67)
• CAP-0086: Host functions for sparse Symbol-keyed map creation and unpacking

The next step is for the CAP Core Team to review the CAP and approve, reject, or request revisions.

Those look good to me.

Usual caveat that some of these (CAP-0084) may require more downstream work (indexers, potentially deeper into the application layer), which may impact the timeline for a public network vote.
