Hey developers/validators!

Today at 17:00 UTC, validators voted to update network settings, and the network is now running Whisk (Protocol 23) on Mainnet.

The primary changes are unifying events and increasing processing capacity by introducing parallel transaction processing. Whisk also brings fee reduction, more flexible configurations for validators and continued work on state archival.
