Protocol 22: Testnet Upgrade tomorrow, Mainnet upgrade vote Dec. 5

Reminder: tomorrow, November 12 at 1700 UTC, the Stellar Testnet will upgrade to Protocol 22.  If you use any Stellar software that interacts with the Testnet, please make sure to install up-to-date versions before then.  

The upgrade is not a reset: Testnet data will persist.  It's just that out-of-date software may be incompatible with the new protocol.

December 5, validators will vote on the Mainnet Protocol 22 upgrade.  If approved, the upgrade happens immediately, so make sure to update your Mainnet integrations before then!
