Hey validators!

Stable builds of key software were released on August 14, and Testnet was reset after an upgrade to the Protocol 23 stable builds.

Next step:

September 3: Mainnet upgrade vote

Please prepare to install the stable release of Stellar Core v23.0.1 before September 3 in order to ensure continued comparability with the network. All other software must at least have major version 23. Developers using the JS SDK must use version 14.1.0 (or the latest version).

You can arm your validator for the upgrade with the following command:
upgrades?mode=set&upgradetime=2025-09-03T17:00:00Z&protocolversion=23
