Out now: New versions of JS SDK + Horizon v2.20.0

New versions of the JS SDKs are now available!  They include a few new features, some XDR updates, and some tiny bug fixes.  More here:

This version of Horizon removes some orphaned rows in lookup tables, improves the restart time of Captive Core for certain configurations, and fixes a small bug.
