Testnet has now been reset
If you experience any issues, please make sure you are running the latest stable builds, and let us know if the issues persist.
Next up: the Mainnet upgrade to Protocol 23, currently scheduled for September 3. Before then, please make sure to install up-to-date versions of all Stellar-related software. For more information, see the upgrade guide: https://stellar.org/blog/developers/protocol-23-upgrade-guide
