Hey devs,

This is the last reminder of the upcoming Mainnet Upgrade Vote, which takes place tomorrow, September 3nd at 17:00 UTC.

Actions

By now all validators should have the latest versions of Stellar software, such as Stellar Core, installed and have nodes armed for the vote. The upgrade guide links to the latest versions. Builders should also upgrade to the latest versions, and pay attention to release updates following the upgrade.

With this upgrade to Protocol 23 we will begin to name upgrades because names stick and these upgrades deserve to be remembered. Like the tool, Whisk makes the complex simple. It blends data into one format and speeds up. Read more about this, and future protocol naming in this blog post.
