Thank you to the CAP Core Team for deliberating over the 3 proposals in today's Protocol Meeting. I now request the team - Nicolas, David, and Jed - to cast their votes.

Do you approve, reject, or request revisions for each of the proposals below?

1. CAP-0058: Addition of a constructor to Soroban's flavor of Rust.
2. CAP-0059: Addition of BLS12-381 curve and required field arithmetics.
3. CAP-0060: Increase performance by upgrading Soroban's VM.

For reference, the CAP process asks for CAP Core Team's decision to move a proposal from 'Awaiting Decision' state to 'Final Comment Period' state.

Based on the unanimous approval from the CAP Core Team, I've updated the state of all 5 CAPs to "FCP: Accepted".

Excuse the typo. Three, not five, CAPs have had their status updated to “FCP: Accepted”.
