Horizon v2.3.0 is now available! Download it and read the full release notes here: https://github.com/stellar/go/releases/tag/horizon-v2.3.0

The biggest change: this version of Horizon introduces some stability improvements in Captive Core configuration that should resolve a lot of the issues people have had with their deployments. As always, we urge anyone who runs Horizon to upgrade as soon as possible to keep things trim, secure, and humming along.

I also want to remind you all that the validator vote to upgrade the network to Protocol 17 is scheduled for June 1, 2021 at 1500 UTC. If the vote goes through, the upgrade is immediate, so everyone building on Stellar should prepare by installing up-to-date versions of any and all Stellar-related software they use.
