After reviews and public discussions, the following CAP, which describes changes to stellar-core and the Stellar Protocol is ready for final deliberation by the CAP Core Team.

  • CAP-0087: Host functions for ML-DSA signature verification

The next step is for the CAP Core Team to review the CAP and approve, reject, or request revisions.
