Protocol 22 Mainnet Upgrade December 5 / Testnet Reset December 10

Hello, Stellar Devs! 2 important reminders:

1. Dec. 5 at 1700 UTC, Stellar validators will vote on whether to upgrade Mainnet to Protocol 22.  If the vote goes through, the upgrade is immediate.  Please make sure you are running Protocol-22-compatible software before then!  More info: https://stellar.org/blog/developers/protocol-22-upgrade-guide
   
   

2. Dec. 10 at 1700 UTC, the Stellar Testnet will reset.  All Testnet ledger entries will be wiped, including accounts, assets, offers, and contracts.  Please make sure you are ready to recreate any Testnet data you will need after the reset!  More info: https://developers.stellar.org/docs/build/guides/basics/automate-reset-data
