Welcome to stellar-dev, home of discussions around Core Advancement Proposals (CAPs), Stellar Ecosystem Proposals (SEPs), and general discussion around stellar-core, Horizon, and Stellar platform development.

This mailing list is moderated for new members, with members being promoted after showing positive interactions, or by past reputation of positive Stellar community contribution.

Guidelines

- Be cordial, or see the door. No offensive posts, personal attacks, or hostile language will be tolerated.
- Posts must concern the development of the Stellar Protocol, CAPs, SEPs, stellar-core, or Stellar's platform (Horizon).
- Posts should be technical or academic in nature.
- Generally encouraged: CAP proposals, SEP proposals, stellar-core implementation, Horizon implementation, other SDF maintained projects, and the discussions that follow.
- Generally discouraged: shower thoughts, wild speculation, jokes, +1s, non-technical Stellar issues, project spam, etc.
- Detailed pull request discussion is better suited on Github
