CAP-29 now in Final Comment Period Pending Acceptance

Hello All,

CAP-29: AllowTrust when not AUTH_REQUIRED has just been moved into Final Comment Period pending acceptance.  If you have comments, questions, or suggestions, you have a week to respond to this thread to keep the discussion open.  If no one writes in, we will mark the CAP as Accepted.

This CAP makes some minor changes to asset authorization requirements so that an issuer can authorize a trustline regardless of any issuer flags, and so that an issuer can revoke a trustline for an asset that is set as revocable (independent of the existence of an authorization required flag).
