Dear P/VP, please make sure that everybody fills this in if they want to be at the Forum:

Because of the financial situation, unfortunately STeLA cannot afford to have a very large staff group present at the Forum this year. In managing the staff attendance, we asked you to fill in your availability and your envisioned tasks and responsibilities a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, not everyone filled this in yet. Also, some of you who did fill in the availability missed some details. Together with the content team, we currently have the following info. Please check this thoroughly and let us know if it is correct, and complete where necessary! REPLY BEFORE SUNDAY 1 JULY 23:59 CEST (or let me know why you cannot reply)
