Kodo-rlnc-go installation failed

Hi all,

I followed the steps for installing Kodo-rlnc-go, everything went successfully except the last step, in which I run the command: 

go get github.com/steinwurf/kodo-rlnc-go

I tried it with both Windows and Linux and the same problem occurs. After running the command I get:

# github.com/steinwurf/kodo-rlnc-go
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lkodo_rlnc
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lfifi
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lcpuid
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lkodo_rlnc
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lfifi
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lcpuid
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

It seems that there are some missing libraries. Am I missing some installation prior to installing kodo-rlnc-go?

Hi Omar,
kodo-rlnc is a deprecated project and the go bindings are not maintained. My suggestion would be to create your own wrappers for kodo which is our primary repository https://github.com/steinwurf/kodo
