I like the interface for viewing agents as the simulation runs. How
would I go about making video files (mpeg for example) of what is seen
in this interface?

Hi Matt,

I think the best way would be to dump a series of screenshots, one for
every frame. Once you have the screenshots you can use a video
editing tool (e.g., one free one is ffmpeg) to import the series of
frames, and then encode it to your desired video format.

It turns out we're going to be adding a screenshot feature to
SteerSuite in the next version, probably using Qt or libpng. So if
you're willing to wait for a week or two longer for version 1.02, it
should be exactly what you want, to make movies from the simulations.
