Face-to-face meeting 12-13th July, Wales!

Hey all,

So, we have confirmed our next face-to-face will be in Machynlleth, mid Wales on the 12-13th July. 

The nearest train station is: Machynlleth

I propose we try and do most of Sat and half of Sun again, but we will discuss how long the meeting will be and when to arrive etc at the skype call on Wed. People are free to arrive on Fri night if they want. I will find people accommodation - please let me know if you need somewhere to stay, and which nights. 

I will also make sure we have ample space to meet.

Hey everyone. 

So the proposal is that we do the same as we did in Sheffield. 

Sat 12th: 2pm - 6pm

Sun 13th: 9am - 4pm 

Let me know if you need somewhere to stay on Friday or Saturday night.

The latest arriving train before the meeting will get in at about 12:45 on Sa, so we can have lunch before we start. 

I have booked some space to have the meeting that is 5 mins from the train station, as your accommodation will be (its a very small place!). There was also a suggestion we go up to CAT for a day which we can do if people are keen and I will sort out closer the time.

Here is a list to add agenda items to for our face-to-face. Please just add bullet points with a small description making it clear what you mean. There will be the usual updates from people, so no need to add this unless you have a particular thing you'd like to focus on.
