Excellent work Alice on the Annual Report! Text is fantastic! I've put it the on Google Docs so we can live edit it - I've made a few changes. I think any pics, just send to Alice. (I will send you some tonight)

I am a bit concerned about the handover pack - do we have this? We have the list of items that we want to include - who is putting that together?

I think we will have a handover pack - thats what we discussed at the meeting essentially (the list of things we need to give the next group?). It doesn't need to be fancy, just that we have the documents. It won't take long to pull together and we have some time to do it (until 22nd Sep). Think it'll be fine.
