{steerCMS} Information needed in support requests

Hi all,

When describing issues you're having with SteerCMS installation or any
general issues could you mention the following (if available):

1 ) Method of install

- Archive (Sandbox)
- SVN (Tagged release or trunk)

2 ) Version of Symfony

- SteerCMS was built on Symfony 1.0.x

3 ) OS and PHP versions.

- Windows: 2000, XP, Vista
- Mac: Tiger, Leopard
- Linux: Which distribution (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.) and version

3 ) PHP, MySQL, Apache versions

5 ) Has the patch sfPropelVersionableBehaviorPlugin.patch been
installed?

This is in order to help everyone in the user groups as fast as
possible
