Steer menus

Hi, I've started looking at Steer. I didn't come very far though, but
there is two features I am looking for and I wonder how Steer has
solved those issues. They are:

1. Menus
Is it possible to define "deep" hierarchical menus and set different
plugins that should work on the different levels?
I.e.
/topic/subtopic/article.html
for example.

2. Virtual hosts.
I see you handle different virtual hosts today. How do you separate
them in content and in other contexts?
