To find fifasetup you go to documents folder on your pc and than Fifa 23 should be there. Go into that folder and you will find "fifasetup" file. If that is what you are asking about. If you cant find documents go to "This PC", "Local Disk C", "users", and then the name of your pc and there you should find document.
