Hello Carrie,

 

I hope all is well.  I just wanted to confirm if Monday October 10^th is still the date of our next meeting.  If so, could you possibly send me the proposed agenda?  Also, what kind of ramifications are there if I am not able to attend?  There is a memorial that day for a very prominent figure in the HVAC world around the Madison area (Larry Satterlee).  I had the pleasure of working with Larry, and getting to know him over the years, and I would love to be able to attend his memorial.  However, I did not want to do that if it will cause any issues with me missing the meeting since I have committed to being a part of this advisory committee.  Please let me know as soon as possible so that I can let others know if I can attend it or not.
