Using Steam DOWNLOADS through proxy with my university HTTP/HTTPS Proxy

Hello! As far as I understood it should be possible to do that, but I have no idea how to do it. I got a proxy provided by my university, located in germany, for http/https downloads (www-proxy1.uni-marburg.de/www-proxy2.uni-marburg.de/www-proxy3.uni-marburg.de/Auto config:  http://www.uni-marburg.de/proxy.pac) but I couldnt find a way to use it in your application. I hope you can help me with that.
