Change to Australian download regions in Steam

Just a heads up to fellow Aussies, Steam has recently changed the list of Australian download regions. The old ISP list is gone with Australia - {State} listed instead. What this has done is set people to Argentina (the first entry) as their default region because their previous selection has been removed. Consequently your downloads may not be working properly. Deactivating Steam-limiter will make them work, giving you the incorrect impression that Steam-limiter is at fault, however all you really need to do is reset your download region setting.

Thank you! I was having so much trouble with updates that I disabled steam limiter for a month or so completely. Finally got around to researching if it could be fixed and you saved me a ton of time :). Didn't realise it was such an easy fix.
