Can't autodetect ISP settings... help?

Hey there, thanks for making this program, it looks sweet!

So to get started, I am with Optus in Australia. I hit the autodetect button and it doesn't do anything.

If someone could give me the Filter and Host domains/urls that would be sweet!

I suspect it's as per the message, there are no unmetered servers applicable to Optus, therefore Steam-limiter is of no use to you.
