Steam downloads have stopped altogether

It seems that either something is wrong with the limiter or the servers are down. I am on iinet and Steam is set to download from 'Australia - SA' although this problem remains with other Australian locations. Using auto detect steam limiter worked fine for me the first time but the next day, whenever the limiter was active the download speed reduces to 0 kilobytes with the very occasional spike up to 100 - 200 but then promptly falling back down to 0. I know this issue has been brought up but thought i may as well bring it up again. I have restarted steam many times but the nothing seems to change - steam limiter on: 0 bytes, off: normal speed. I have also tried a custom profile with the latest 0.7.0.5 and the filters listed by Nigel for iinet (here:https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/steam-limiter/ksMFySIQQqI) but to no avail. Is this due to the servers listed in the limiter or is it the limiter itself? Cheers

I'm having the same issues (with iiNet as well) - I'm thinking maybe either they've changed something or steam limiter is broken...

Try again today, using auto detect on limiter same as always and its going at around 1 MB/S

Not quite the 11MB/S I'm used too, but it's a start I suppose! Glad it's sort of working again.
