Fifth Amendment on a Finite Planet

Wanted to make sure everybody saw the latest 2-part post on how Fifth Amendment Takings case law should be altered to reflect the reality of a finite planet. As far as we know, this sort of analysis has never been done. The author is hoping the idea gets readership among law students--and perhaps a more thorough analysis in a legal journal. Enjoy!
