Hi everyone –

I came across this on Facebook today and thought I’d share.  I run for Michael www.whoirun4.com is an organization that matches a runner to someone who is physically unable to run.  No money involved.  You sign up to be matched and can connect through facebook.  Just another way to stay motivated during your training.  I thought it was a pretty awesome concept and wanted to share!

I'm doing a half in California in january to raise money for Alzheimer's. There are so many great ways to use our health to help someone else ; )

Families ROC has a great 5K this Sunday in St. Louis. It moved downtown this year as the event has grown. It benefits ovarian cancer research … near and dear to my heart. Lots of Ste. Gen faces at this one. If you sign up, use Team Jane for your name. Let me know if you do and I can get you a team shirt.
