STC New England presents the return of the annual conference for technical communicators: writers, editors, trainers, and others like us.

Saturday, April 27

UMass Lowell Inn and Conference Center

9:00am - 3:00 pm

Speakers include Neil Perlin, Ed Marshall, and Mike Paciello.

Featured Speaker: Ed Marshall

Ed will discuss his experiences working as the sole US-based writer on a team otherwise based in Belgium, and the experiences of another writer, who had a very different experience. He will also present practices mined from interviewing several managers and writers. Other topics include changes in work styles and habits that aid in making this work and characteristics of a good environment where this is likely to work well.

A little bit about Ed
