(Ugh! I just typed out one message and it didn't post! Here it is
again!)

Dear Catholic ladies,

I would like to create a spiritual group for professional Catholic
ladies living in DC and Northern Virginia. I would like to create a
group similar to Catholic Daughters of America and Daughters of
Isabella. But, this group would focus more on the needs and
experiences of Gen Xers and Ys. Of course, all Catholic women over 21
would be welcome to join.

I envision a women's group where we meet twice a month for prayers and
spiritual talks. We also perform volunteer work once a month. The
social aspect would be meeting for dinners, movies, crafts,
scrapbooking, etc. The social event would happen once a month.

Since we all use the internet, there would be a yahoo or google group
for daily communcation.

This group would be a time for practicing Catholic ladies to discuss
issues in an intimate setting. (Yes, I plan on creating a formal
mission statement and purpose.)

Membership is open to practicing Catholic women, married, widowed, or
single, at least 21 years of age, who hold a BA/BS or higher.
