Session 4: Out-of-the-box Content Delivery
The complexities of products and technologies are increasing, and so are customer requirements for dynamic and easy-to-use solutions. In such a scenario, providing effective knowledge solutions is the key to customer wins and business
successes, especially while enabling adoption of new products and solutions in the core business processes of customers. To facilitate that, the Technology Experts, Marketing, and Technical Publications teams put together efforts in
building various types of knowledge resources, such as product overview sheets, technology details, quick start guides, videos, blogs, and tutorials. At times, these resources are presented in different forums, or published in scattered online and offline spaces. We understood the challenge this may cause in finding the relevant content, and reinvented the way of packaging the available collateral from multiple resources into a common, intuitive, and neatly-structured interface.
Through this presentation, we would like to share our idea and its success story.
