The link in the previous email form Paresh has some extra characters added in the URL while redirecting, and so you would see a 'No Results Found' page. 

Please use the Salary Survey Report menu item to go to the correct page 

OR go click the link https://stc-india.org/conferences/2019/stc-india-salary-survey-2019-report/ to the go to the report page.
