About “Handling Challenging Situations and People”
As writers, we work in remote, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams. We always face different types of challenges at different stages of our careers. Sometimes, it is because of the company/group culture. Sometimes, it is because of the team dynamics, or even due to the nature of our work. Sometimes, it's just the market situation that's to be blamed. Most of these things are governed by external factors, and are not in our hands. However, they do matter in shaping up our career and work-life.
In this session, Bhavana Sontakke will help us discuss and debate over various challenges we face and deal with. Share some tricky situations that you have faced or witnessed or are dreaded of… This session is the platform to enlighten and get enlightened. Let’s equip ourselves for better work lives and stronger careers by discussing such hidden threats to our careers.
Bhavana is a documentation manager at TIBCO Software. She has been with TIBCO for almost a decade and has 18 years of tech-writing experience. She will moderate the discussion and ensure that its fruitful.
Brinda has been conducting highly effective corporate training programs in Behavioral skills and Management skills like Leadership, Team Management, Communication, Time and Stress management, Cross Cultural Sensitization, High Impact Presentations and many more. She has extensively worked with leading multi-national organizations and has trained over 5000+ people to date. She also has delivered training sessions internationally.
