^{The following describes a scholarship opportunity that may benefit some of our secondary teachers, please share this information with those teachers that teach AP courses.}

^{The College Board AP Fellows Program awards scholarships to secondary school teachers who will teach AP® courses in schools that serve economically disadvantaged students and/or traditionally underrepresented minority students. Recipients of College Board AP Fellows awards will be offered a scholarship of $1,000 to attend a College Board-endorsed AP Summer Institute (APSI) during the summer of 2008.}

 ^{The scholarships assist teachers with the costs (e.g., registration fees and travel expenses) of attending a week-long APSI for professional development.}
