Sorry if you've already received this email, but I'm trying to make sure we haven't missed anyone.

Please join us at 6:00 pm on Thursday June 21, 2018 for our annual general meeting (AGM). This year's meeting will be especially significant because we are voting on closing the chapter. If you have an opinion, questions, or just want to vote, we'd like to see you there. Go to Meetup for details and to register for the AGM.

If you cannot attend but would like to ask questions or comment, please contact Greg Campbell, the current president.

After the "deep and serious" AGM discussion, we'll be celebrating the accomplishments of the chapter with refreshments, starting at about 6:30 or whenever the business is over.
