The deadline for participating in the ongoing Elephant salary/freelance rates survey for Q4 is approaching fast - October 15, 2008. To be eligible to view and receive the subsequent results and analysis, one must participate. Having this information helps make the playing field more level if you're negotiating with current and potential employers and clients.
