Updated events on the site

Hi everyone,

I've just updated the Content Strategy SIG site with all content-related conferences that people have told me about. If you have other events that I've missed, pass them along and I'll add them in.

Aside from the conferences, there are a number of other events going on - I am presenting a number of workshops around various STC chapters, though I wonder if it's a conflict of interest to add them to the site - so if you know of anything useful in that vein, also pass it along and I'll add it.
