Setup from scratch

Hi,

I need to setup environment using stb-tester from scratch.

I have few queries:

1) Do I need to purchase STB-Tester HDMI node device? Is there any alternative for using stb-tester framework using Video HD card.

2) What other hardwares Do I need to purchase for starting with stb-tester.
