I've talked with all of our members with Stay Safe Seattle, and it looks like we have 8-9 members interested in attending. Matt, Karl, Amber, Arinna, Jensen, Alex, Harrison, Tendy, and myself. Would everyone be able to attend with DS sponsored registration?

I cannot afford to pay for a flight or hotel. Will my costs be covered or should we contact HRC about my presentation? If Ds can't afford for the travels, should we consider Chalaina for my presentation? I'd love to attend, just keep me posted!MissMissi Wooldridge, M.P.H.

I called the Portland Marriott and have a hold on a room for the 16th and 17th for $149/night and that can be split among 4 people for ~$80/per person total for the weekend.I need to let them know within the next 24 hours to hold the room. What says everyone? :)

| Last we talked, it was that Matts reserved a room and we'll be splitting the cost for that room. Also Carissa has yet to get back to me on the space for the other 2 of us. Otherwise as far as getting down there it sounds like Karl and Matt are driving down and it'd make sense to convoy down together on, Friday afternoon it sounds like. What time was everyone wanting to leave? Stuart --- On Mon, 11/12/12, Karl Polintan <kapsl...@gmail.com> wrote: |
