What about doing ways to better the Status Quo in Cyber Security IE: Electric Companies and water systems Airline systems, to ensure their computer networks meet minimum safety standards. Building ways to protect these industries not only with Bills, like the Precise Act, but how as a group could we tighten security in a timely fashion as soon as possible before a major catastrophe happens.
