Bonferroni correction

Hi,
I have a question about using Bonferroni correction. We have a study
sample which contains 2 groups (cleft and non-cleft) subjects. Around
20 measurements were performed in each group. If we are to perform
independent sample t-tests for each of these measurements to compare
the differences between the cleft and non-cleft groups, do we need to
do the Bonferroni correction and set the alpha at 0.01?
