3. Grammatical mistakes

the following is my whole idea about the six sigma project on
communication skill. the above mathan's idea will fall in analyse
phase(?),

Dash Board:

Objective:

Develop a methodology to improve English communication skills for s
group of peoples.

Define Phase:

We have to measure the communication skill set of the selected
peoples from some baseline analysis. Baseline analysis will be a small
written and oral test.
From the scores of the test we can define the current Sigma rating of
the group.

For example consider following is the marks scored by the each
individual:

Suppose the expected score is 70. Then the Sigma rating for the group

The whole purpose is to increase the sigma rating of individual and
Group.

Measure Phase:

We can explain the details of the measurement scales and variable
taken for analysis etc...

Analyze Phase:

Have to recognize where the individuals lacking. How frequently they
are making the mistakes.
Also have to recognize where the group needed more skill set

Improvement phase:

Standardize the group and individual skill from some training season.

Control phase:

Have to check the sustainability of the improvement methods from some
analysis.
