Statistical shape model viewer in Slicer

Hello.

SSM viewer module (in Slicer 3D) described in Clogenson et al., "A statistical shape model of the human second cervical vertebra".

But I can't found any information about him in Slicer documentation. Maybe you know something about it?

Hi Natalya,

I don't know if the SSM viewer in Slicer is still being maintained and never used it myself.

If you are only interested in viewing a statistical shape model (in statismo format) you can also use the scalismo viewer:

I am 3D Slicer user and interested in this work as well. I can not find this work in Slicer extensions. Have you contacted the authors? I will write them an email and see what I can get.
