Dear Friends,
At our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 27th November Jonathan Ingham was elected as our new chairman, replacing John Stanley who has stepped down after seven years in the post. Many thanks are due to John for his leadership and tireless efforts to promote the aims of FOLSs and we wish ‘Jonty’ similar success in the coming year.
Our next aim is to get effective waiting shelters installed at Littleborough, following the installation of new shelters at Smithy Bridge which should be open for use on Tuesday or Wednesday this week.
