Project stalled?

Does anyone know if Stephen is still interested in keeping this project? I added
I18n support for internal use in my company, and we are really interested in
contributing to it.

In any case I developed a better thing in PHP and it's open
source :) . It's missing download and installer though.

But with easyphp installer and some tips for configuration it's good
to go.

I like the idea of StaticMatic but not HAML. So I stripped off HAML
and replaced it with Smarty templating system. And I also kept
partials and layout.

My philosophy is that StaticMatic or similar software should not limit
developer. For me this is the case with HAML.

It'll definitely be great stuff but I just need some input and maby
