singular information matrix in lrm.fit (rank= 23 )

I am trying to do a binary logistic regression, following the example
on p. 296 of sflwr. I have been getting the error message:

singular information matrix in lrm.fit (rank= 23 ). Offending
variable(s): AcAni=Org

Any ideas what might be causing this error?

Maybe this factor level is not attested in the data or perfectly
correlated with any other variable?
