Market Observations: let them Play

Children need safe place to play. Right now, the market environment is so bullish - that it has created a great environment for small caps and mid caps to flourish. And hence it’s no surprise to see mad moves in some of the stocks.

As these fun and games are getting played out - large caps are sitting quietly and watching it. The problem - what else can they do. With big institutions not willing to commit liquidity, it is making the market behave the way it is.
